Saritha did her studies in Bangalore and has worked in some of the leading transcription companies, garnering a service experience of almost 15 years. Familial pressures made her quit her jobs. Sitting at home she wanted to leverage her experience in the transcription industry with a motive of earning a few bucks to support her family. The results were there to see. Now she wanted to spin the company out and grow it in terms of a number of employees and services she could offer. Today, Cadtran caters to multiple projects in various data management and transcription services.

Parthasarathy is an engineer by profession, who has worked in a few reputed companies. He was always passionate about supporting Startups, where he felt he could work towards giving employment opportunities to a large number of people. At Cadtrans he found an ideal choice and his hard work and dedication were instrumental in building a professional team and expanding the services. Even today, he is striving very hard for the company’s growth.

I have been working with Cadtrans for the last three years.
I was recruited as a “Data Entry Analyst”, and soon was promoted as a “Website Analyst,” today I stand as a Team Leader who is handling 21 agents in my team. This is how the organization has showed me a path to diversify my learning and grow step by step and I am still learning. The work culture here has helped me to grow both personally and professionally. What I love most about working here is how family oriented we are. One thing that impresses me the most is the good and confident attitude of all the employees at Cadtrans. My journey has been filled with learning and growing within the Organization.

Myself Cynthia, I am the current team leader (Web Analyst). To talk about my educational background I’m a B.com Degree Holder. Coming to my work experience I have been part of the Cadtrans family for 2 years in position of Team Leader.

Cadtrans is the third company I've been with and it is just not comparable to any other company this is my second home, they are so good to me. Through ups and downs, I am always here and I love it! I handle 20 Members in my team beginning from their knowledge transfer to production live. As a team leader my responsibilities are to execute production with quality in the required turnaround time and also to ensure the management set goals and to enhance the skills of the team members. Being a knowledge transferring person I too build my keenness to be stable at the process always.

My goals are to be a long term employee for the organization and as well as to be an asset. I have always tried to prove myself in each opportunity given to bring the set of goals in practice and reality.

I have been working in Cadtrans for 2 year as a team leader (Web Analyst) I’m handling around 3 people in my team. Choosing to work for Cadtrans is the best gift I’ve ever given myself! When I started working I didn’t even know anything about the process, I had my seniors who were keen to see me grow. Few months down the lane, I was and am able to teach the process to everybody, thank you Cadtrans for building my career.

My work is to learn and share the knowledge and help people to know more about the process. As a Team Leader I am not only leading the team but also joining with them on the work and interacting with the clients. Experiencing the challenge of teaching the process efficiently and making the client happier, I am very happy that I’m working in this company because this has given me a pleasant opportunity to grow in life, Knowledge and Experience. I graduated from Kuvempu University, I have 2 years experience in accounting sector. Currently, I have been working with CADTRANS for 2 Years and I should say there is nothing compared to my experience which I have got here. I can say I feel empowered with the kind of experience I have in this company. The company always appreciates the talent and recognizes the employee’s dedication and the hard work and that is the reason I am here as a team leader who is handling around 20 members in my team.

I work as Team Leader for an International process. Six team members report to me where I help them in completing their regular work as per client requirement.

In our process, we analyse the web URLs for transaction processing which have been provided by client and update the spreadsheet correctly with required transaction details. Then a regular check and Quality Adherence check have been conducted on regular basis in order to prevent any errors before client identifies them. Once the Quality Adherence check is completed, we save spreadsheet and client will validate the random transactions for accuracy.

I have been working with Cadtrans from its inception and have played a key role in maintenance , configuration, and reliable operation of all computer systems , installation of hardware and software , and participate in research and development, also actively resolve problems and issues with computers and server systems within the company . It has been a roller coaster journey with Cadtrans but a most memorable one as we are always progressing in all quarters and I feel proud to be part of this steady growth.

I have been handling the accounts of Cadtrans from 2015 and it has been a challenging job to manage the finances of a startup company which has presently grown to a substantial number. I have managed all the accounting transactions from handling the payrolls to preparing tax returns for the company. It has been a very learning experience for me these few years and I am very happy to be part of it.
